Inno supports European health and life science researchers in the business exploitation of their research results.
Inno is leading a 2M€ European project, Health2Market (H2M), funded by the European Commission under FP7. The project is aimed at developing health/life science researchers’ entrepreneurial skills and knowledge to support the business exploitation of their research results, through consultancy and training in IPR management, entrepreneurship, start-up creation and related topics. Also involved is one of innoveas’ daughter companies, engage AG, dealing with the valorization of research results.
Inno has undertaken a Training Needs Analysis based on over 600 contributions from European health/life science researchers. The results have been translated into a training programme by the H2M business school project partners: IE (Madrid, Spain), SKEMA (Sophia Antipolis, France) and the University of Gothenburg (Sweden). The first training action, a 5-days venture academy on “Entrepreneurship and Business Planning in health/life sciences”, will take place at SKEMA Business School from 2 to 6 September 2013 – registration is now open until 22 July!
