Launch of the new BILAT USA 4.0 project in Brussels on 15th-16th March!

As a strong partner, inno participated in the launch of the new BILAT USA 4.0 project, the successor of BILAT USA 2.0, that took place on the 15th and 16th of March 2016 in Brussels. The BILAT USA 4.0 project aims to strengthen and further develop the European and US-American science, research and innovation cooperation enabling bi-regional exchange between scientists, researchers and innovation actors. BILAT USA 4.0 is a Coordination and Support Action (CSA) funded by the EU’s Framework Programme for Research and Innovation, Horizon 2020.

inno is proud to take part in a high level consortium of 16 partners, led by DLR-Project Management Agency with NCURA as the US co-coordinator, and other key partners such as APRE (Italy), SRI (USA), Wildrow Wilson Center (USA), BROAD (USA), FFG (Austria) and Intrasoft (Belgium). The balanced consortium of actors from Europe and the USA will organise conferences, workshops and other events with the intention of improving framework conditions for cooperation.

inno will lead WP4 that is dedicated to engaging industry actors in transatlantic EU-US STI collaboration, with activities related to enhancing EU-US cluster cooperation. inno will also seek synergies in this project with the European Cluster Collaboration Platform, a project that inno is leading.

Keep up to date with the project’s activities over the future months!
